What is TLR?
A short animated video explaining what TLR: Teaching and Learning Research In Action is for educators looking to use the resources provided by TLR.
Concept, Design, and Animation
I broke down this animated video project into two steps:
1) concept & design
2) animation.
The process allowed me to explore the visual opportunities for this video and compliment the script provided by Alice Kim, director of TLR.
I decided to stick with an illustrative style and keep the story in a classroom setting, to place our target audience, educators, in a familiar environment. The concept is to evoke a feeling of exploration and community that alludes to TLR’s mission in uncovering the world of education, that teaching and learning opportunities can and is accessible through the resources provided.
